It is beautiful and relaxing to be able to fall sleep and wake up in a room full of holiday cheer and elegance. So, how do you decorate your bedrooms with your style and fun? Hopefully the ideas shown below will provide some inspiration if considering a way in which to achieve this result.
1. Think about whether you’ll like your theme in 2-9 years. If you’ll stay in your house for a while and can’t redecorate often, will you like having the theme you’ve now? Use a particular theme. For something just little bit different why not replicate a favourite holiday or vacation you’ve taken and enjoyed. it is important that you stick to natural fabrics (cotton etc.,) and by adding a quality potpourri in bowls around the room will remind you of the smells of that tropical paradise. To add that final touch then use naturally woven wooden blinds.
2. Bedding. Remember you want your bedroom to be inviting and desirable. the plusher comforters and duvets and sheets with the highest thread count to add that extra hint of luxury to your decorate, More importantly, these high-level of bedding will make you sleep more comfortable and easy
3. When attempting to create that romantic look go for soft lighting and think plush, ensure that you’ve lots of pillows and fabrics that are soft and pleasurable to the touch. Decorate the wreaths with the colors of your room. Try decorating them awith the color of your pillowcases, or duvet, or window curtains. This decorative look also works wonderful on modern decorative pillows in the living room and family room. As always, make sure that the colors chosen are complementary to the room.
Your bedroom should be an expression of your own style, but if you live in your parents’ home, they may have the final say. Approach them with a plan, including a budget and an idea of how much you will pay and how much you would like them to pay, and be ready to negotiate.
